- * It would be reasonable to delay while the CMA considers the complaint. It would certainly be prudent to await the result of any enquiry by GCC’s own auditors. **I would support a re-evaluation if there is good evidence that the contract does not represent best value. It is clear from the Information Tribunal Final Decision document (March 2017) that GCC kept more information from public disclosure than was appropriate; much of the evidence and data that would be relevant to any review has not been publicly available until very recently.
